Prices: All prices are listed in HKD and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal and FPS / bank transfer. Payment must be received in full prior to order dispatch.

Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.

Dispatch Times: Standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days in Hong Kong and 7-10 days worldwide.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at info@gripstersports.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence.

Upon verification, we will fulfill our statutory obligations by providing a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

 

Unauthorised Returns: Any items returned without prior authorization or outside of a applicable statutory entitlement will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
